Warranty

LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY

Coverage:
Any defect in materials or workmanship.

Length of Warranty:
All equipment purchased on the TelecomSourceInc.com website includes a one (1) year limited warranty, unless specifically noted on a product page.

Claims:
If the product you purchased from Telecom Source, Inc. is defective and returned within the warranty period starting from the date of shipment, Telecom Source will repair the product, or replace it with a product of the same or similar design, or provide a refurbished product at no charge to you. The replacement, or repaired item, will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. Repairs on products with tampered Telecom Source serial number will be charged as though the product were no longer covered by warranty.

Limitations:
Implied warranties, including those of fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability (an unwritten warranty that the product is fit for ordinary use), are limited to 30 days from the date of shipment. Telecom Source will not pay for loss of use of your product, for damages caused by the product or its failure to work, or for any other incidental or consequential damages.

What is Not Covered:
This warranty does not cover defects resulting from accidents, damage while in transit to your location, alterations to the equipment, unauthorized repair, failure to follow instructions, misuse, fire, flood, and acts of God.

Exceptions to the Warranty:
Other warranty variations may be listed with each item on web site, with product description.

General Equipment Return Rules and Policies

Equipment must be returned complete.  Return Authorization instructions are given below.  If partial or wrong equipment is received at Telecom Source, you will have 15 business days to correct the problem, after which the credit value of the Return Authorization (RA) will be adjusted.

  • Defective equipment will be accepted only under the warranty terms of Telecom Source for  replacement of the product.

  • Return of defective equipment will be accepted 30 days from the date of the advanced replacement.  If returned after 30 days, equipment will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.  The invoice amount of the advance replacement will be due to Telecom Source.

  • Telecom Source, Inc. no longer accepts returns of any type for equipment that was ordered in error, or not required by the purchaser.  Please know what you are buying before you order.
